I argued over a year ago you could put a K&N air filter on a compact with my buddy Antoine.
I'll be damned someone put one on a patriot P3 hybrid patriot.
I was kind of joking saying it could be done. I know K&Ns work great for bringing air into a car. I'm not so sure how well it would work on the exhaust. I can only imagine it has way better airflow than the restricted butt plugs.

Lol is it only an after-motor filter? Because if not, it'll get dirty real quick. Since they are oiled element filters...

Funny though.

Your right Les ill give you this one haha it is the after filter just like the filter fresh of the cxl .Yep you win this round hhahah!
Yep they hada huge air filter i na black tower like structure ,they had it similar on the patriot and other machine . When ya mention k&n air filter i got confuse but this is the factory one for the machine .

It will make your entire house smell like noxious petroleum, in addition to this it flat out will not work period. Air filters have oil in them for one thing, and for two, they are meant for air INTAKE not outtake. So all you are doing is suffocating the vacuum and will destroy the motor.
