If it's worth fixing. My Olympia is in dire need of motor work, it apparently had a hard life before I got it. The bearings sound trashed, it arcs, and the fan housings are beat up, to the point where the plastic air director behind the first fan is broken. I've never had to take an electrolux motor apart before, so I'm pretty confused. The three screws on the front of the motor are stuck and stripped, so I can't really get it apart. Should I fix it or just toss it and find a new motor?
Does anybody happen to have one of these motors laying around that they'd be willing to part with?
