I'm not sure if this is the correct forum or not but it seemed the closest. Yesterday while going through everything in my grandmother's house I came across a very old electric floor polisher by the name of Belltower. Has anyone ever heard of it? Unfortunately I did not have my camera with me to take pics. It had 2 buffer pads, 2 scrubbing pads as well as the original instruction manual. Belltower does sound familiar because when I was a child I remember she had a tank type vacuum cleaner and I think it was also a Belltower but I could be wrong. It had a cloth shake out bag, runners instead of wheels, a rubber hose, S shaped extension wands and all the tools. When I had my first apartment my grandmother gave me the vac and then I gave it to my mom for the cottage. It disappeared after that unfortunately and I have no pics of it. And for you washer fans, she also has a portable Viking washer/spin dryer which must be from the 60s or 70s.

Yes, my grandmother had a Belltower polisher. Apparently my mother bought it for her for a christmas present. According to my mother, she bought it through a mail order catalog.
