That appears to be

A sebo head. The ET-C if i'm not mistaken, it's a well built nozzle but leaves something to be desired in the performance department.
 
Hmm... Not bad, though I think I'd rather see it with a Wessel Werk or Lindhaus nozzle, or maybe a Eureka Sweep-n-Groom.

However - the motor performance figures are impressive. I didn't realize the Numatics were so powerful. That looks like a beefier motor than Fairfax or Silver King and on par with some low-end central systems.
