Dave, I found that too, my 800w HVC200 seems to be more powerful than both my James and Bertie autosave.
The face comes attached when you buy the vacuum, both my Bertie and James which I bought new had them fitted in the box.

Henry's second hand always used to command a bit of a premium didn't they.
Just bought a 'dead' eco save henry for £25, hopefully it can be repaired rather than replace anything.
Will do a thread when I get started, but there do seem to be more 'just stopped working' new henrys on ebay than I've ever seen. The older ones in working order are going for more than they ever had IMO
