Numatic hetty acting strange

Have a hetty that has started to act up.

It turns on but every so often when you use the turbo button to increase suction it will cut out an come back.

What could be causing the issue?

How old is she? It could be the menopause.

The turbo switch might be causing it. the wiring has a short and it needs to be re adjusted
