i have just got a Henry 2013 model with clip on face and wand dock it sounds different then my 2009 Eco Henry

Oh, I would have thought they used the same motors?

It spunds diffrent one thing i have noticed is you dont get a shopping bag

Ah that's wierd is have thought they would have stuck with the shopper bag

Dont forget though they have added the dock and face so thats might be why it would cost them more as it is with dock and face and then even more with shopping bags and now you get one hepaflow in the vacuum and 3 in the box you used to get 4 in the box and 1 in the vacuum

It's a shame they've got rid of the shopping bag I liked that.
How easy is the clip on face to fit & does the docking fitment work well?

the dock is flimsy and the face was already fitted tried taking it off but its to stiff and its hold on by a tiny piece of plastic so i don't want to snap it
as for the shopping bag it is a shame
