NSS M restore

Going to be doing a series I'm rebuilding an NSS model m. The original Pig vacuum!
What's most interesting as most parts are still available for this vacuum. I'm going to try and keep the original bag.

Speaking of a poor dear that glooming rather peaked these days... Been wanting to clean it up for a while, and replace the motor bearings, the one behind the fan is a bit rough.

For my older NSS M1 When one of the bearings went-I replaced both of them.also the brushes.Still going today-The first one I bought 40 yrs ago!

This is an M, not an M1. Tom Gasko gave it to me back in 2010, Austin Wilder brought it out from MO when he came to visit. I thought about replacing the carbons while we are at it, but I don't feel they're short enough. I don't know that anything other than a good vacuuming will be good for the bag, the silkscreening is still nearly perfect, and I don't dare risk ruining it.
