New Simplicity S20EZM

So what's the story about the New Simplicity S20EZM? It looks like a fairly nice vacuum with a MSRP of $269.99 but with a 1 year warranty. Is it made in the US? I guess it uses stretch belts?

Used to be available as both a carpet pro I think they were the CPU-250/350 which had a plastic brushroll wand and handle
and a fuller brush which had a metal brushroll wand and handle.

Are they made in the US? Probably not, I don't know for sure but the carpet pro and fuller brush models were not. As for the belt, I believe it is a stretch belt.
