Thanks Charles! Very appreciative, it was a big step for me after 30 years to put my credit card in that kind of hurt again but it certainly was nice to wake up to.

Thanks Les, I've lived here 40 years and it's always been a very traditional Oriental rug so something a little different and a little more casual and softer looking I'm liking it!

She is a family member! Purchased from a pawn shop in 1990. As you posted in your thread there is some yellowing on some of the plastic parts particularly the wands for the power head with the sheath. Thanks for your kind words

Thanks again John, I can't take a lot of credit as a good deal of things in my home where gifts or inheritance from relatives but I try to make it all work together. The table and an armoire came from a three-story on upper market his buddy was one of the first of the AIDS victims so I think that's about late '80s maybe? And my brother bought this from the estate sale it ended up here some years later.

Just curious John,or anyone else please weigh in here?? For cleaning but also gentle on my carpet it seems to come down too My Kirby heritage 2, my Hoover concept one or the decade 80. They all seem to clean about the same I'm just wondering if possibly one is softer on the fibers thanks guys in advance

Living room make over.

You got this right, and your color choices are spot on! The nice thing too is that it won't look dated any time soon, if ever! A friend bought a couple of those carpets from Costco, and wow what a difference they made in the rooms. Very nice indeed. Add one more vote for the D-80 to be used on the carpets! Billy
