Well most times all the good buys fly by not this time. i got a two week old Kirby Avalir from a good friend who went to all wood floors he paid 1200.00 i saw the bill he sold it to me for 550.00 love it runs very smothly love the color to. Doug

That's a great deal on an essentially new Kirby, although you've gotta hate it for the original owner who had to take that $650 loss. Enjoy!

The orig owner could have still used his machine-Its Great you did get it for a good price.The dealer should have offered the prospect the "hard floor" kit.This includes the hard floor nozzle shoe,polisher,and floor waxer.Then the Kirby could be adapted from carpets to hard floor care.And with the Avalir-the carpet floor shampooer can be used on hard floors,too unlike the older ones which were carpets only.

Hi James LOVE your 505. I have been trying for years to get one with the real Black and gold bag like you have. My time is passing by as i will be 70 in Octber 1 owell . Ok my good friend enjoy those Kirbys one more thing i love the F bags on the Kirby Avalir takes only seconds to replace the bag God Bless Doug
