the base says 1959.

Sweet collection, I wanna get a Eureka upright sometime especially with a VGII brush roll. Even though I am not an upright fan, there are a few I want to get.

Hey there Brandon....that's a beautiful collection.

I am not sure about your 1959 dating of the Wards Signature. Though the hose-port cover is from the early 1960's, the hood shape is definitely late 1960's. Where does it say 1959 on the vac? This might just be a coincidence in the serial number or the Wards Model number.

I would date it to anywhere from 1965 to 1970.
