My day back at work, and I had new stock waiting for me!
Specifically the new AEG ergorapidos.
We have two versions at the moment, the AG3005 in antique steel at 14.4 volts and the AG3011 in chocolate brown which is 18 volts and has the lithium battery.
Apart from that its mainly cosmetic changes, the portable now ejects from one single button at the front. The tools have been redesigned too, they also feel chunkier and nicer to hold.
Perhaps the most interesting thing, which I noticed when scanning the barcodes is that they are made in the EU probably in Electrolux's hungarian plant. That was pleasantly surprising.
They seem effective, I tried one out in our canteen and it did well.
I just wish there was storage for the tools on the handheld itself not in the dock, which would be more convenient.
