Need help with parts for Vorwerk VK 122

Hi all...it's been awhile since I've posted. Always reading though...

I picked up a VK 122 that needs some love. No matter where I try to check out my parts from (Europe) it tells me that a couple of the parts I am trying to order can not be shipped to my country?

I can't imagine why? For example, one of the parts I would like to get is new brushrolls. This part is OK. But the yellow clip on the side, or the green housing that the clip fastens to is a no go.

I'm hoping someone here may be able to find me a webstore that will.

I also tried a webstore in Italy (bierrestore) that won't even return my e-mails.

Any advise?

Maybe because they're Italian and don't speaka de engrish.

You could try contacting ThermoMix. That’s about the only brand left that Vorwerk sells in North America.
