My Panasonic MC-2730 is having trouble retracting its cord. I'm guessing that pet hair and/or a lack of lubrication in the retraction mechanism is the culprit, but I am unsure how to gain access to that mechanism. I have removed the two obvious screws at the front of the "Upper Body" but I don't know how to proceed from there. The "Upper Body" is loose at the end closest to the bag area, but is still firmly attached at the cord-and-switch end. I hope some member of this forum can give me some guidance.
