Picked up an E2 blue to add to my collection today. This makes two rainbows in my current collection. My 3rd overall e series I've had since collecting.

This one must have been sold only as a straight suction machine as no power nozzle or electric hose was included in the box. It's pretty much unused just a little dirty of years being on a shelf.

Here it is next to my d3 with SE PE power nozzle and trigger hose. I'll eventually get the power nozzle and hose for this e2. For now it's my air freshener.

They do seem to multiply don't they? I have three myself. A D3,D4 SE,and a E series. I've been looking around for a 2 speed. Congrats on your find!

I have

A model B. a model C 3 or 4 Ds a chrome top D and a D3 . D3s were notorious for burning up. but I had to have one since I sold them new in 83.

Rexair/Rainbow

Are my favorite vacuums. If I could only have ONE vacuum, it would be a Rainbow because the Rainbow can do it all. From mopping to unclogging drains, to deep cleaning as well as freshening the air. One machine can do it all.

You have one of the most beautiful rainbow collections, Tom! I adore mine as well. Nothing performs this well with this low of volume and filtration. Can't be beat!

My only issue is with having a cat and two German shepherds, the hair becomes a bit of a mess in the water tank! But I generally vacuum with a convertible first.
