My mother's vacuum

I would like to find a home for my mother’s Hoover Model 28. I have the attachments in the stand, the hose and the manual. Sometime in the 1980s I had the motor brushes, bag and power cord replaced. It is missing the front light lens. I have not used since then. I don’t want to ship it so would like to either have it picked up in Northern New Jersey if I’m giving it away or I would deliver it within 45 minutes to an hour’s drive if someone wants to pay some reasonable amount for it.
