Communication poor

Sorry but I have not had the best time communicating with this guy. First, I understood that all plastic-based Convertibles were one price, then the Model 64 was going on ebay supposedly sometime, and never got an answer about when. Next, he has a picture of what appears to be a dark Convertible (I thought a Supremacy at first glance) which I inquired about, but after several attempts got an inarticulate email response and now this model was $75.00, and says it is a "Guardsman like-new used twice". Unfortunately, I can't buy safely or comfortably like this, and those that have had a good experience I'm happy about that, but things need to be more lucid as to details, and prices need to be exact not haphazard for me. Communication is best if it`s done on the telephone and you speak to Rob . I think emails are a horrible way of communication as to speak to him you get all of your questions answered with out delay or misunderstanding.Just email him for his phone number he seems to be a very nice guy and knows what he is talking about. The Hoover (dark one) is a Guardsman for sure with out a doubt. I used to sell those in my store and being a vacuum lover I can spot that a mile away . Hope this helps everyone . Good Luck : )

An excellence shopping experience....

I did buy one of Rob's vacuums and I have to say it was a good experience all the way around. It was quick (Pay Pal), and he wrapped the vacuum for shipping in an ultra professional and safe manner. I just felt I should let everyone know that everything seemed to be perfectly fine on this end.

but i agree with automaticshift......he NEEDS to be more concise....if he gonna make a big deal to me that he paid x amount for a machine more than your offer, than he should stick to that.....and i feel like i got totally screwed over.....and he did NOT specify that he had more plastic based......than again is one plastic based any more RARE than the other (and i mean is used touched condition) witch all of these are, even though they may be mint.....

I just unboxed my convertible

and I could not be happier. It is very clean, packaged very well, and he even put a fresh type A bag in it. I'm a very happy camper. I'll post pictures of it under a new thread this weekend, along with another Hoover I have because I have some questions (not related to this transaction). Thank you Rob. I am very happy with my Convertible.
