Hello everyone while I don't post on here that often I just thought I would share that I am going to have my first mini meet on Dec 7 with some of my vac friends it is going to be so much fun. I will keep everyone updated with photos and cannot wait to share. I might not have a lot of cleaners but I am proud of what I have. I am going to make Chicken and Dumplings from scratch for the meet and some nice desserts. It is going to be such a nice Holiday themed vacuum get together. :) [this post was last edited: 11/7/2019-18:45]

His house is very cute

Right now, it's ready for "Santa".
When the convention is in Scranton, I THINK we're doing dinner at my house on Fri p.m., lunch at Sam's on Sat afternoon. It's a way off, but, I'm trying to line up a lot to do. There are 4 museums nearby. I'd love to arrange something along those lines, too.
But.... Sam's mini meet will be loads of fun, indeed. Lots of pics, no doubt. I'm making home made eggnog this time.

I believe there were...

10 with the added guest from chris. It was absolutely amazing! Sam cooked a wonderful meal (chicken and dumplings) with a fresh and wonderful antipasto, John the cake (had it this morning) was very delightful, egg nog was really creamy and good, and the iced tea, who could forget about that?! It was as good as it always is. I always look forward to seeing everyone, and hate leaving because the company is always great. Sam It was very successful, thank you for everything, hospitality, food, comfort and a good environment. Hopefully there are many more!
I’ll include a couple of the pics that I managed to get.

Tom

he absolutely loves it, and will be using it quite often, it is indeed a wonderful example of a great machine.

Kenny, you are welcome! Sam is a wonderful host and everyone had a great time. his house was very cute and comfortable, and his collection is very nice and well put together as he is very happy with what he has. This weekend I brought him his all original early Citation that he purchased from Robert Coonradt who was in attendance at the meet. I do wish I had gotten some more pics.

John requested for me to bring my Holiday so I did. It was a great way to celebrate the holidays while using the Holiday! Wouldn't you say so John?

Your Holiday is so cool. Very rare machine. From what I understand, it was sold in retail stores along with the floor polisher and the iron. You'll have to show it to me in person when we get together for Greg P.'s Mini Meet next year. It's a long drive but I'm so looking forward to seeing y'all again. I can't wait to visit New York and of course I have several great friends I'll stop to see in Pennsylvania. I have to stop and see John, my Hoover expert. John G., of course. For sure I want to meet Joe in person, and would LOVE to meet Sam. I have so many printed items for his newletter to share with him.
