I've always wanted one of these Kenmore canisters ever sense I was little, there was just something about them I really liked but could never get one new because of the high price for this premium kenmore. Last week I seen this one for sale so I offered a price and me and the seller settled on a price, I was excited and could not Waite to get it in, I got got the vacuum today and boy was I excited when I unboxed it I started to noticed some of the problems like a rough power nozzle motor holes and crushed sections in the hose and a cracked belly on the main canister and the cord was bad. I was soooooo disappointed and crushed when it was all put together, I contacted the seller about the issue I was expecting them to ignore me or for them to tell me it was not their problem but a few minute later they emailed me and fixed the problem right away, I was impressed, the seller is a good person.

Nice canister you got there. I have that same model and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Great performance and great versatility in my opinion. I also have an early 90's Kenmore Whispertone canister which is practically the same thing with a coplete toolset.
