My $35 Hoover Constellation 843

I bought this Constellation from Ebay for $35. It was listed as a model 86 but is an 843 and was filthy!

All Cleaned up and runs great!

It is in really great shape, only one little scratch on the other side, but I am looking for the tool carrier that went onto the back of this vacuum. I am going to try and make it complete again.

I have 2, one is missing the caddy

It'll last forever!

All that came with this one is the hose, crevise tool thats it. No tool caddy at all, I'll probably not find one but I will look! And replace the missing tools.

One of the local vac shops gave me the display, I really like this vacuum!

Thanks all! If you would have seen that vacuum when it came in, OI!  DIRTY! And they shipped it with a packed bag in it also! Don't they know that adds to the cost of shipping due to the weight?

Newest purchase of this Ward's vacuum by Eureka. I am rebuilding it to a working vac again. What Iwould love to get ahold of is one of the new Stainless steel Hoover Constellations or one of the white ones.

I just won a hoover 862 constellation on ebay and picking it ip sometime this week.
These where so ahead of their time!

I just bought, off of ebay again, another of the 843 models, doesn't look to be in as good a shape as the one I have but I can use the parts on it to make the first whole! But I will make that judgement when I get it in. Thanks for the compliments!

I fell for the blue one when I had bought one for a great friend of mine! That one was perfect! Not a mark on it.  This one has a couple of dents but its still in great shape.
