As promised, here are some more of the pics I took of my machines. For starters, here's an Electrolux AE, given to my by Tom Anderson in July of 2006. There was nothing with it when he gave it to me and I have since added everything you see here.

Next, My Electrolux G

This was the first vacuum I ever bought on ebay, for only $5.50 plus shipping, and only the original but leaking hose, wands, and the wrong rug/floor nozzle (a white one) came with it. I have since replaced the hose and rug/floor nozzle and added everything else seen here, as well as a power nozzle (not shown).

Hoover 300

My Hoover 300 was also an ebay purchase, and included a set of attachments with the wrong converter, Mothimizer, and a Hoover oil can. The attachments had an unusual twist connector and the converter was the tyoe you would use with a 541 or similar models. The seller told me it was originally bought from Spiegel's, and I'm assuming that's the reason for the unusual green paint on the base--maybe Spiegel ordered them that way, as it does look like a factory paint job, even the underside is painted. Woops, the green didn't show up very well in the pic. I've been debating whether to redo the green paint job or remove it altogether and polish the base. After asking around I've gotten responses both ways, which do you prefer?

Kirby Classic

Got this one (machine only) from VCCC member Scott Miller for the cost of shipping. It was missing the cord, belt, and brushroll, but I had a cord and belt on hand, and replaced the brushroll with the one from my Classic III when I bought a new one for the Classic III. Added the attachments and Rug Renovator later, but does anyone have an extra Classic hose??

Hoover Convertible 1070

Another vac that was given to me by Tom Anderson in July of 2006, along with the standard tool kit you see here. A great running and good looking machine. Thanks again, Tom!

Lewyt Model 90

Known as the Golden Lewyt for the gold annodized wands and hose ends. This was given to me by a neighbor of mine who also gave me the Hoover 700 Special, Kirby 512, and Electro-Hygiene 701 Special. Runs great but the only bits included were the hose, wands, and rug nozzle.

Regina Model 59

This is the newer of my two Reginas, but unfortunately it doesn't run, and has only a partial set of attachments, including a leaky hose.

Royal 153

A great running economy model that I need to polish someday. The bojack bag that was on it when I bought it went to my Electro-Hygiene model 80 when I got the beautiful original Royal bag that is pictured on it here.

And Last But Not Least, The Royal 189 Hybrid

Got this machine with attachments and caddy for the cost of shipping. Didn't know whether it ran until it arrived but I figured even if it didn't, it would be worth the cost of shipping to get the attachments and caddy for the 153. Turned out the armature was shot and Jim Barnhart gave me one from a Royal 601, and it was too big for the 189 field coil, so he gave me the rest of the motor, which is why I call it a hybrid--it's got a 601 motor, but everything else is 189. And oddly, it sounds more like a Kirby than a Royal!

Thank You All For The Compliments

Norm, I'll do that. And you'll notice it looks a little different from your 189.
Kenny, the Reginas, both this one and the one in my other post, are both straight suction. This one unfortunately doesn't run, but my other one (and the older of the two) runs like new!
Joe, I knew the Royals would catch your eye, since you're a major Royal fan like me.
