montgomery wards canister

Hi. I need some help. I own a Montgomery Ward's SP5055 canister vacum. It appears to be a 1700 series Eureka. Would the power nozzle from that series of Eureka plug into the wand?

It would, of course... provided your machine has such provisions for one.

Plug into the extension wand? No, they only had grips to hold the cord, the pn would plug into the hose directly. Just like this mini pn plugs into the handle so would the carpet pn. This is my Wards!!!
