That looks self made, The drum is used to transport inck and many other products, The top is upsidedown square bucket.

In the wood working forums there are alot of posts about making vacuum and dust extraction machines

Big Vacuum Cleaner

The biggest vacuum cleaner (as opposed to dust extraction system) I ever saw was in the Central Stores of the local steelworks. It had two very large motors sat atop it, the drum (canister) was a little larger than a 50 gallon oil drum, and the hose was at least 3 inch, perhaps even 4". I think it was a 'Numatic' IIRC.

All best

you cant actually see how big

this thing is but to give you some idea i am 6ft 2 and it comes up to my chest

it's a Big Brute. literally lol made by Big Brute industrial vacuums in Cambridge. Theres some vids of them in action on youtube...

That Big Brute vacuum really does the job-esp on the really NASTY pickups-would think a trash truck fleet owner would like this vacuum-instead of a shovel and push broom-use the Big Brute to clean out the gunk that accumilates behind the ejector-packer ram in trash trucks and other compactors! The gunk being picked up sure looked like someone scoopted out the sump of a trash truck for the Big Brute to slurp up.But-how do you get rid of the gunk the Brute picks up-would think it would be messy to empty.Would like to see them emptying it-can it dump into a trash bin or dumpster? That would be nice!
