I bought an Electrolux Model L on ebay and when I received it, one wheel was totally cracked. The seller didn't use bubble wrap but brown paper to protect it which obviously didn't work. It was delivered by FedEx so they have a reputation of throwing boxes around. I hope no one here works for FedEx...lol
Anyway, I had to fix it since I couldn't use it with the one wheel hanging off. I used some larger wheels I had and also needed to replace the axle since the hole in the wheel would not fit the original axle and the wheels are larger which they needed additional clearance from the canister. Here are some photos. Looks like a hot rod. You pull it and it rolls great.
They don't match the front, but I didn't care as long as it works.
