OMG..

Good god James,

So many vacuums with memories for me there. My first child minder had that Hitachi Powerhouse, my Mum's best friend had the TP2, the woman next door to my child minder had the maroon lux and my grandparents had a 610. Thanks for posting these - much appreciated!

And I notice you're in Derby. I was there not too long ago wandering around the Westfield Centre - a bit posh isn't it? They're supposed to be building one of these near me but so far, it's not happening!

I had to sneak them into the house and hide them from my mum lol

great selection there James, intreagued by the Regina Housekeeper, is it one of the UK models?? I remember selling those in Trident electrical in the 80`s....great concept, crap build....

Anyone ever come across the original Hitachi upright the CV50D??

I remember those. Cream with a metal handle, right? I never used one though
