I've seen those gloves whipped out at a recent convention, and he was approaching .... a Kenmore canister....

(Of course, I find most older uprights utterly useless and disgusting, but we won't go into that.)

It was a blast!

So nice to meet many collectors in real life aside from typing world!!

The blue gloves were hysterical and only in good fun!! We had improvise with John Long not present. LOL

Tom did such a great job of presentation with a TOL Maytag dual motor system being presented to Norm Brown. Additionally Jeff Scroff-- hope I spelled that properly very generously gifted a pristine classic unit to Tom for the museum.

A great time was had by all! You can tell from the photos above that Bill Kirby enjoyed my Hoover Celebrity!

Loganvac, do you drive?

I know where abouts Kennett Square is! I grew up in Drexel Hill which is outside of Havertown in Delaware County. Though currently I'm about 3.25 hours from my home town. I'm in State College, PA.

I think you're the same guy from Hoover, Sanitaire and more on Facebook. GottahaveaHoover has MiniMeets annually, maybe you can come north to Wilkesbarre/Scranton area? You'll have to talk to John - GottahaveaHoover but being that your profile states your collection started with a Hoover Elite and I think it's you that posted a Hoover Decade 80 online you're on good terms already--(Wink Wink)

In the meantime we'll look forward to more posts from you!
