Midea Eureka looks like a Bissell

I saw this little fella at Wal-Mart, and I noticed that the design is similar to something Bissell would make. The brush is identical to the one used on the new Bissell PowerForce Helixes, and the cyclone is similar to the one in the PowerForce Compact. Is Midea associated with Bissell? Please discuss!

They share a lot of parts and ideas with the Black and Decker, which Midea also makes. Since cyclone, with foam pre-motor filtration. The same manufacturer made machines for Aldi and Kenmore as well.
