Maytag 1200 Compared to Riccar/Simplicity

Which Riccar/Simplicity model is the Maytag M1200 most like? Also, who actually sells these machines? I mean, if it is under warranty and needs to be replaced, is it replaced by Tacony or Maytag?

I think it is most comparable to the Riccar R30D and Simplicity S30D.  Those models have an additional year of warranty, two tune ups and a 5 ft longer cord.  I think there used to be a base R30 / S30 and the Maytag M1200 slotted between it and the deluxe model.

Riccar R30D (Grey) and Simplicity S30D (Yellow)

They are all made by the same company, they all use the same motors, same attachments, and same filtration. And yes these models come with two tune ups, longer warranty, and longer cord.
