A friend of Arlee's mentioned that he needed to get a vacuum cleaner and hinted that he'd like one of the older models like he's seen in our apartment.

After asking about the primary uses to which he would put it, I determined that a straight-suction canister machine would best suit him inasmuch as he has all hard-surface floors.

I poked around in my workshop and found a nice Electrolux Model F that should fit the bill. It's in excellent condition with a strong, smooth-running motor. I gave it a spa treatment and made a customized attachment carton.

He hasn't come to get it yet but I think he'll love it — especially since I am going to give it to him at no cost!

That looks cool!

I don't know much about this cleaner but with self-sealing bags it should definitely help keep the dust out!

Very nice and so generous of you

Such a nice model F, no dents or scratches. Looks like little use. Hopefully your friend will use it gently so it stays nice!

So generous of you to give it away!

I've got the same model

and I'm thinking I need to get or make some bumpers for it. It literally flies across a hardwood floor aiming at furniture legs and molding.
