Lux DP 7000 ex Electrolux Jumbo 747

Hi Guys

I'm buying this Lux DP7000 which use to be Electrolux Jumbo model 747.

I remember these back over 30 years ago.

This little Gem is NZ built, old new stock and were very popular in NZ & Australia at schools, pubs etc.

A commercial machine with 850 watt motor. There wasnt very much to them but beautifully built with moulded ABS plastic, very simple design with cloth bag and fleece motor protection bag. Lite and Quiet!

I havent seen any listed overseas on ebay. Were they available in the UK or USA?

Hey Mike

Nope they weren't available in the US or Canada. The US made the commercial models CB and later C2000 that were used here. First time I've seen one of those.
