Below is a pic from an eBay listing for a Lux 5000 which I thought was the last version of the Ambassadors since I have only known about the ones that are Model C101K. The Ambassadors were, of course, the budget model without the automatic shut-off feature when the bag is full.
So, I was surprised to see that the machine shown in the pic has the automatic dial. Does this mean that there were two models of the Lux 5000, or do you think that the exhaust diffuser was switched out with, say, a Lux 5500/C141G which was an automatic cleaner? I don't know if "Lux 5000" would have been marked on the sides where the Electrolux logo is usually placed, because there are no photos that show that. If not, it would be easy to change a canister's name.
