kirbykid Hello.

Get back with every one soon, I'm a lot overwhelmed, sorry it's taking so long to get back with all of you soon OK. Today seems not such a good day.

Overwhelmed

Honey! Start putting this stuff on EBay. You'll make a fortune. Sell as "Buy it now". There are lots of Kirby parts I would like to ask you about. Vintage cloth bags, original cords, wheels, trim pieces no longer made. Your page is overwhelming, although I would like to just jump into those piles of Kirby parts and roll around!

I can't do ebay cause I don't have a bank account any more. I'm homeless, though I do have a place to rest my head, thank god. I have things on ebay Classified and a few others, but not one bite, just viruses.

vacu-finder............
I would love to move, I use to live in a little town called Bridge Port. It's on highway 395, going towards Virgina City. Population 350, I loved it. I lived in Canada once when I was little, I was in a foster home that took me there. That's all I remember. I've been out of state one other time since then.

A.S.A.P FROM HOPESTER.....................
I'm going to open another thread and post some pics of every thing I have hear, you might be able to fit every thing in a 20 foot truck. It's more than just vacuums. It's every thing I had left from my home that would not fit in storage. I had a antique store owner come by this morning and we filled her truck full of my things. I made $60.00 for things I've had for over 28 years, she had a great come up. I can buy some food now. You can be paid 9.00 hour, box of cereal is $5.00 HELL

I would like to buy one of the Kirby G5s, one without that green lite on the nozzle. I'd also like one of the Filter Queens, maybe the white and red one. How much would you want for them? My zip code is 84108, do you know what shipping would be?
Best wishes and take care.

dont suppose you have a concept 1

hi i dont suppose you got a concept amongs that lot you would send to the uk at my expense of course hope all works out for you sorry to hear about your boss passing away and the situation its left you in

How much do you want for the metal Oreck fans and Electrolux book? I might be interested in the turbo nozzle on Reply# 137 depending on how much you want. I don't have cash right now but I can pay you in Amazon gift cards.

We're getting.....

down to the wire here with Hope. I'm sure she's frantically busy....but not responding to emails. As mentioned in email, I would want the LUX canisters & related stuff.  If it's now come down to physical removal by the buyer, I can't do that of course.

Re-The Spencer Turbine

Hi! I just wanted to put in a plug for your Spencer tubine; If you are selling it on e-bay, you might want to put it under the category of "Pipe Organs", "Organs", or Musical Instruments. I know that sometimes your type of vacuum there is used to drive automaton band organs and sometimes used in larger Wurlitzer theatre pipe organs to help drive the tremulants. It is practically the same blower as spencer made for pipe organs but on a larger scale...but there are some organ restorers out there. I'll mention it around the Theatre organ community. The great theatre organist from the forties, Stan Kahn, had over four thousands vacuum cleaners in his collection and he apeared on the tonight show with one or two vacuums that he included in comedy skits--where he would keep getting his shirt tail or his tuxedo tails sucked into one of the vacuums: Johnny Carson and the audience loved it! Maybe he is your long lost ancestor! You are a very remarkable person....and I can just imagine what wonderful things you will do!

Hope - just a reminder, since I've not heard back from you, about the old Hoover bags you we've discussed. Do you have them? Please let me know.
Thanks again.

She along with almost all the posters don't have an active profile. This hail Mary isn't getting caught.
This is probably the most impressive collection of vacuums I've ever seen. RIP thread.
