Looking to buy a new cordless hand vac, What do you recomend?

I was thinking about the black and decker flex because it has a hose and seems cool but before i bought it i wanted to see what you guys thought or if you had another product that you think i would like more?

I own it, works fine, not lots of suction, but works ok to pick up debris in the car.

The new HOOVER Jovis hand held Vacuum Cleaner with brush roll looks good. I've never tried it though.

Thank you im kind discurages now i know it doesnt have the greatest suction... but im only useing it for the car and little spills... and your right the hover does look kind cool im gunna have to do some look at some reviews and see what its like

I used to have a passed down 20 year old Black and Decker 12V one my parents gave me. It was just brilliant but it began to lose power year after year until one day, it completely died. I tried another charger plug on it, but it was the battery and not the battery charger. Now replaced with a much lower powered 7.2 V Vax Kone. I know that abusive lab test video on You Tube slated it, but for kitchen crumbs I find the Kone to be of value and its a shame Vax no longer sell it in the UK. I bought a white one at a cost of £15-95 and its brilliant. I would never use a cordless dust buster to pick up "damp kitty litter," as shown in the link below.

I really am liking my DC35. I can do the floors or furniture if I need to. It's great for just a here and there cleaning and a quick clean up so I don't have to get my Rainbow out everytime I need to vacuum something.

I'm sold on the 2-in-1 Electrolux stick vacs. We have the Pronto and I found the ErgoRapido on clearance at Best Buy for $50. I use those things all the time for little quick jobs.

Older Rechargeable Vacs

If youve got an older rechargeable vac that seems to be loosing power, the battery is probaly shot. Ive found that most batteries from the vac manufacturers are not very high quality. (Shark especially) I had the battery in my Shark sweeper replaced at Interstate for $40 and it not only spins the brush faster, it lasts longer, and after 4 years, its still going!

Dyson dc35 with dc31 animal mini turbo head and an extra battery would be splendid!
