Does anyone have a copy of the Kirby Heritage II VHS Use & Care Guide? If anyone does, and would be willing to send it to me to copy it over to a digital video, I'd be more than happy to return it if they didn't want to permanently part with it. I'd pay for shipping too :-)

I'm afraid this VHS is pretty rare though after all these years.

Does anyone have any ideas of where to find this?

Thanks!
Andrew

I was selling for Kirby when the HD2 came out,,and i do remember this video,,,we did have them avalible at the time,(1985-86) but i didnt pay much attention to it,,wish i would have now. I watched it once, It was simular to the video instruction manual that comes with new Kirby's now, only in a 1980s sort of way.
In 1985-86 alot of people(at least in my area of the Midwest) still didnt even have VCRs,,so i remember these tapes not being of much use.
I dont remember ever seeing any Kirby or handle bracket for the Split Second hand vac,,we gave them away as a thank you for doing the in home demo, even if the customer didnt buy a Kirby, so that is very strange.

Guess you can find one buy looking in the VHS tape racks at "Trade it" and other swap shops. In time the VHS tapes will have NO value-since no more VCRs to play them on.Already I have seen piles of them thrown out.I am still getting rid of movies on VHS that I now have on DVD.That would be a VHS tape I would want.Still have a VCR to play it on.Same with LaserDisc.

Loking for Kirby Heritage ll video

That same tape came with the purchase of my Kirby Legend ll. The Kirby was purchased new WAY back in 1987-88,long before any vac collecting. I have seen copies of them in the Goodwill Stores along with the used tapes they sell.

I used to have one of those videos. I got it at a flea market in the early 90's and I think I gave it away some where along the way, probably to someone that couldnt figure out there kirby, lol. I watched it several times. Kinda cheesy. The split second in the video is on a bracket on the handle. I never saw one on the handle in person though. I guess that was kirbys answer to the hoover concept II setup, or vice versa. Maybe they thought it would be convenient if you had to get something off the furniture or under the edge of the couch or something without having to hook up the hose. Some sheople (sorry) always make such a big to do about hooking up the attachments, and properly using the belt lifter. I never understood why. So easy, 5 seconds maybe

I have one of those brackets to attach the Split Second onto the handle. It came with my Heritage II that was found for free on craigslist 3 or 4 years ago.
