I am trying to find a vintage eureka rotomatic from the 1950s. I would preffer one of the green/blue and white models. Of course a golden crown rotomatic would be great, but a regular rotomatic would suffice.the machine has to work and at least have the hose. if anyone has one they would part with or like to trade for another vacuum let me know. I have a few machines I might trade for a rotomatic. Please email me if you have one of these. thanks Bill my email [email protected]

Roto-Matics

The above Golden Crown(not mine)looks very nice with hard to find matching vinyl hose, all atts(crevice broken),papers & more.If you miss this or if others are interested my next vacs taken for EBay will include--
-Yellow/gray big RM with rug nozzle & bags.
-Golden Crown(not as nice as above-cracked emblem,no crevice,repainted bag chamber,matching braided hose)with most atts,VibraBeat & bags.
-Smaller matching RM with bags, wheel dolly and storage hassock(same as seen above, nicer but not perfect).
-Big blue/white RM with matching hose, most blue atts, etc.
-and little round GEs & Kenmore & MORE.

Rotomatics

My 4 are on EBay now if any want to take a look.It is interesting to see the changes from one model to the next. Some to reduce manufacturing cost, others to add convenience.
Examples-Blower on yellow/gray has spring to open louvers around motor housing.Later two openings with a shutter on one.
-Rug nozzle-Painted metal with attached elbo on yellow/gray,later colored plastic with removable elbo to use on 2 or 3 different nozzles.
-Tool storage would have been a vinyl holder with pockets(not found with mine)on the first, later metal clips attached to upper body.
