Looking for a Fantom Thunder "cone"

Since I had some knuckleheads remodelling my bathroom think my Fantom Thunder was a shop vac I have had to take it apart for a thorough cleaning. When I removed the "cone" the lower deflector fell apart. I have no idea if this will affect performance or not but I assume it will. Does anybody know where I can get another one?

How to take impeller cover off to clean?

Since I can't find another cone I decided to epoxy it back together.
Right now I have it all taken apart and cleaned it but I can't get the impeller cover off so I can clean the impeller. I have bent the tabs around the edge out of the way but still can't separate it and I need to get my wife back to work.
Anybody have any ideas?

Today I received a new belt, HEPA filter and LED lights, they were cheaper than the incandescent bulbs.

Got it all back together and wife loves it again.

I have one that I will sell...

It's in good shape (just dusty) and I would be willing to let it go for something like $36. Good condition Fantom parts are hard to find. Using one that is stuck together like that might actually hinder performance.
