Lindhaus and Nilfisk

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone knew if Nilfisk and Lindhaus are the same company or owned by the same parent company? Kind of like Riccar, Simplicity and Fuller Brush. Or could they be separate companies but made in the same plant? A lot of models look identical.

Lindhaus is just a private labeler of vacuums - no relation to Nilfisk.
