Thats a 1960

Lady Kenmore, the first machine ever made with a direct connect hose....And I will give you any 2 machines I have for it, maybe any 3, I have looked for one over 25 years, the only other similar one I know of Jimmy Martin had one.

My gosh!!! Someone found one of those Kenmore "wheelbarrow" vacuums!!My StepMom had one of those.Liked using it.The orig handle broke so my Dad made a new WALNUT handle-he carved it from a scrap of Walnut from his wood scrappile. The machine we had didn't have a powernozzle. Before the Rapid City Sdak flood of 1972 the Kenmore and a Kirby 511 kept our place clean-my favorite job on the duty roster was the vacuuming,of course!Often my brothers would let me do it by swapping duties on the roster. We had the duty rosters posted in the kitchen for many, many years.Sad those two machines were lost in the flood.Would like to have those today.Just for mermories-and--to finish that duty roster! And remember the Ken vacuum had a HUGE bag that wrapped around the motor under the cover.

Lady Kenmore

My Aunt had one of the cart types. She didn't care for it as it was heavy and had to be carried up and down stairs to clean upper and lower floors, and also do the stairs.

I would love to get my hands on one, especially with the power nozzle. Would you ever consider selling?

Best Regards,

Robert

Not interested in selling it, but I'd consider selling it for the right price. I'm 16 and I have insurance to pay for on my car so it would have to be cash. No trades. You can phone me at 503 718 8486 if you want to make an offer.
