Kroger cleaning machine

So I found this at a Food For Less an I am wondering if anyone knows anything about it?

It’s a Kaivac bathroom sanitation machine. The smaller hose is an electric pressure washer and the other is for suction. I used to use these in janitorial. We would spray the bathrooms down, scrub them, squeegee the tile walls and partitions and use the vacuum to suck the dirty water up. When done right the solution dries streak free.

Also Food For Less is a subsidiary of the Kroger store family so it was just brought over from another store. My Kroger has carts from Owen now.

A weird little add on

They make a kit to use them as a straight suction dry vacuum too. I'd assume like other similar machines you could also use them for wand carpet cleaning or for hard floors too.
