Wow, what in the world is this monstrosity? Was this an attempt at a UV lamp vacuum before the Oreck Halo? That is crazy, never seen anything like this. And I thought that bagless mod for the Kirby was bad. lol

This doesn't appear to be a quick one-off.
The seller doesn't go into details, but I guess it was for use in a Nursing Home, or for those with asthma/allergen concerns?
Looks a bit like an evidence-gathering unit from a CSI Crime-scene.
