Nozzle Casting Finished!
I think the nozzle casting turned out pretty well. I have the motor assembly apart now, but I'm not quite sure how to take the headlight cover off. Since I have the motor assembly all apart, I guess I'll go ahead and change the motor brushes and bearings in order to build my experience base. The impeller is going too. The blades weren't broken, but it has cracks all the way through to the other side. I hope you all don't mind me chronicling all this. Each new model I work on provides new things I haven't encountered before!
