Found this at the local Goodwill while running an errand. Notice how the wheel covers still had their protective film on them! The belt was so paper thin you could stop the brushroll with just a finger. I've never seen a Heritage before with the cloth fill tube. It honestly looks as if this is the original belt on this cleaner, when I removed the nozzle guard, the clasps were entirely stiff, and left a fresh scuff in the metal as if they had never been turned before!
I need to get some bags for it, and do a cleanup of it and a bit of metal polishing. Might need to replace the bumper strip, but other than that, everything is pretty much mint on this. The fan has no gouges in it at all. If I had to guess, this cleaner has seen about 50 hours of operation in it's life.
