Kirby hand vacuum vacuette

I got a kirby vacuette 1990 is when it was made. The motor turned on sounded odd. I completely took vacuum apart hence why i know it was made in September of 1990.
Long story short it is suppose to have a light. It has no wiring for a light.
I found out its a 194 bulb. If i wire a 194 socket to main power supply would that work?

194 is an automotive 12 volt light bulb. So, basically no, it won't work.

Hey

I took vacuum apart ordered bulb and socket. I turned on once motor did not soind good.
The socket is small luke g4 light. I also got led bulb. Im goinv to tap into main line. I should have everything in 2 days good as new.
