kirby g6 carpet system HELP!?

I tried to use my kirbys shampoo system and the power head keeps coming off the tray when i put on belt why is it doing this how to fix all help welcome please ?!

This video should make sure you're doing everything right. Also, once assembled, make sure the beltlifter catches the belt.
