Hello,

Im in need of a little help and i was wondering if someone out there wouldnt mind giving me some assistance, good lord sure knows id appreciate it. I recently sold my G3 on ebay and the woman who bought it broke the emptor where it connects to the base. How i dont know as thats pretty thick plastic and she broke the whole bottom out where it connects to the base. The lovely company called ebay made me return the womans money and i got my broke vacuum back. Ebay wouldnt do nothing about it and im out $50 I really dont want to sink $50 for a emptor, id rather part the machine out. I can glue the old one back, but it wouldnt hold up with regular use. I was wondering if anyone on here would happen to have a Old used emptor for Sale or maybe a spare they dont need no more. Shoot me a Email at [email protected].

Thanks
Dave

Hi Dave -

that sounds like an unusual situation; why did eBay expect you to deal with the cleaner, when the buyer was at fault for breaking the part? Surely after it's left your possession, it's her responsibility?

She claimed that i gave a bad description and that it was broke before she bought it, when my ebay auction photos clearly showed it was in tact and not in a million peices. Then she said the transmission clicked and we all know the G3 was the first with tech drive and they tend to do that. I had it checked by a Kirby tech and he gave it a good bill of health. Ebay just screwed me over pretty much, it sucks but what can i do. I just want to get this thing outa my house, we have hardwood now and no longer need it. Its got all the Attachments, Shampooer kit, and even the Instruction Manual. Bags n Belts was included also. Only thing i need is a emptor and im gonna put in bold letters on my relist I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! LOL
