I'm beyond impressed with the

way all of you are helping each other with this project.  It is "vacumming" at its best... even for a vacuum of another species. Kudos to all of you.

Found the Bag. Finally lol

I finally found the the Bag I was looking for on eBay! Its a replacement, so I had to by a Kirby bag clamp as well. I had a hell of a time stretching the vinyl bag topper over that but it wanted it on there.

nice job. I like too use mothers brand mag and aluminum polish. most of my kirby's I gotten were near lots of moisture....so the metal takes a bit more work too polish.

It definitely makes a difference having the right bag on it, I've found myself using it alot more since I've changed it out. Other than finding a hose/some tools for it and doing some more polishing on the aluminum, this resto is pretty much done!
