Can someone tell me the difference in filtration between the Kirby allergen reduction bags in green packet and the allergen plus bags in the red packet?

The Allergen Plus bags in the red packet are Kirby's best filtration bags. They filter 99.9% of particles down to .01 micron. They are a step up from the bags in the green packet.
