What have you done to your Kirby 505 through Dual Sanitronic 80 in order for the cleaner to make use of nearly all eight height positions?
One kind of fix I'd do for my D80 is use the toe touch axle from the Classic Omega and then find two more green wheels. I know the American-Lincoln Super-Sweep cleaners had that setup.
