Greetings folks, ages since I have posted and I have occasionally checked in to see what is going on.
I shifted my hobby to find and partially restore Lawn Mowers for resale. Once again I became fascinated with working on motors.
But, today I found on CL this vacuum. I was not able to find the ID tag but I suspect it is a Kenmore 175.31500. I think it is the one on the attached line up, Model 3060.
Very good shape, sounds good. Cleaned and disinfected and almost ready to use. I would have wanted the Singer version, but I do like Kenmores. I have some minor cosmetics, but it looks great.
Am I right in the identification? I did take the base apart to clean, but now that I think about it, I never remember seeing a socket for a light bulb. Was this model supposed to have a light?
